Pronounced ‘No-E’ ‘Him-En-Eth, this sherry is part of the González Byass ‘Very Rare Solera’ range, made purely from Pedro Ximénez grapes picked and spread out on grass mats to dry in the sun in the traditional ‘soleo’ manner. Noé is aged in solera oak casks for over 30 years.

According to the bible, Noah, Noé in Spanish, lived to be 950 which made him just slightly junior to Methuselah. (Hope they had a good pension plan.) This Sherry is named after the biblical hero and is the sweetest in the González Byass range.
