Serve in a Coupe glass
| 60 ml | Casamigos Reposado tequila |
| 2 dash | Hot pepper sauce (red vinegar-based e.g. Tabasco) |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 30 ml | Egg white |
| 2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
