Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
25 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Egg white
1 dash Monin Strawberry syrup
