10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1⁄4 inch | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
37.5 ml | Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.) |
Top up with | Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco |
