Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 inch Pineapple (fresh)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
14 inch Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
37.5 ml Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
Top up with Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
