Serve in an Absinthe glass or old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
25 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
25 ml Chambord liqueur
12.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
25 ml Monin Strawberry syrup
40 ml Pineapple juice
3 dash 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
6 cupful Mint leaves
