Garnish:

Lemon zest twist (discarded) & honeycomb on rim

How to make:

STIR honey with rum in base of shaker to dissolve honey. Add vanilla essence, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.

2 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
3 spoon Orange blossom honey
1/6 fl oz Vanilla extract
3/4 fl oz Brut Champagne
