Lemon zest twist (discarded) & honeycomb on rim
How to make:
STIR honey with rum in base of shaker to dissolve honey. Add vanilla essence, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
|2 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum|
|3 spoon||Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom)|
|1⁄6 fl oz||Vanilla extract|
|3⁄4 fl oz||Brut Champagne|
Honey and vanilla laced with white rum and charged with champagne. Perfect for Valentine's Day.
