Anything with orgeat is a winner with me. Easy to make with common bar ingredients.

Interesting. I’m always on the lookout for cocktails with no citrus for when I haven’t been to the market and this is one I’ll probably have again. I didn’t taste the orgeat or crème de cocoa like I’d hoped but it is a solid drink. Not too boozy and not too sweet
I’m a fan of the Aviation but I wasn’t sure I liked this at first taste. By the time I was finished with it, it was one of my favorites. It’s not too boozy and not too tart. Nor is it overly sweet. Having said that, I can assure you that it has plenty of flavor. It’s not very complex but a very enjoyable sip.
I’ve been looking for something that is really easy to make and really tasty. This fits the bill. Not too sweet and not too boozy. It’s like Goldilocks.
I love sweet drinks but this one may be a bit too sweet. I thought of adding some lemon juice but then I’d have a honey sweetened French 75. I’ll make it again but only when I’m imbibing alone. No one else I know likes them this sweet.
Love it! I thought it would be sweeter with the syrup, but it’s just right. Very different flavors with the allspice dram, not what I’m used to in cocktails with citrus.
I had to try this because my grandmother was named Bernice. Love the licorice flavor. I agree with a prior commenter that the vodka does really add anything to the flavor. I wonder how it would taste with gin? Nonetheless it does my grandmothers memory proud. I’ll definitely make again.
I confess to a preference for sweeter drinks, but this one is very flavorful. I would like to taste the chocolate more but I’d make again.
Can’t say I really liked this. It seemed too sweet and sort of heavy.
Very good! The basil gives it a definite herbal scent and flavor. Don’t scrimp on the basil. If you love basil, you can’t make a mistake.
Some might find this too sweet, but it is perfect for my taste. I use 1:1 simple syrup since I find the 2:1 a bit too sweet. I love the brandy and the slightly different taste of the Patronage instead of Cointreau.
Alright I confess. Since i don't like tequila, i made this with gin which is pretty much a last word. Truth is that I really wanted to try the lavender syrup and bitters. I really liked the lavender but I love a last word just as it is so I'll probably stick with that.
On the sweet side. Next time I’ll cut the simple syrup.
Reminds me of the aviation. I like it a little less sweet and may cut the simple syrup by half next time. Will definitely make again!
I didn't have the Martini and Rosso Sweet Vermouth so I used Dolin Blanc sweet vermouth. Very mellow. Glad I tried this one.
I'm particularly fond of this drink made with the Speakeasy version of honey syrup which uses vanilla and orange zest.
Really enjoyed this cocktail. The flavor was wonderfully complex with the black raspberry of the Chambord and the floral undertones of the rose water. I'll be coming back to this one again.
Very nice. No citrus and just a hint of chocolate. I substituted chocolate bitters for the angostura bitters. Not too sweet with the brandy as the dominant flavor.
Very good drink, but a little too sweet. It has unfortunate cough drop overtones, but these are easily ignored.
Tastes a lot like a bourbon sour with some rosemary flavors.
