| 8 barspoon | Granulated (white) sugar |
| 1⁄4 pinch | Salt (sea salt) |
| 120 ml | Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat) |
| 80 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 20 ml | Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rum |
| 20 ml | Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.) |
| 20 ml | Cognac (brandy) |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
