Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 fresh Egg yolk
8 barspoon Granulated (white) sugar
14 pinch Salt (sea salt)
120 ml Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
80 ml Double cream / heavy cream
20 ml Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rum
20 ml Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.)
20 ml Cognac (brandy)
1 fresh Egg white
