Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Maker's Mark bourbon
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 whole Maraschino cherry (from jar in syrup)
1 twist Lemon peel
30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
12 barspoon Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
