30 ml | Egg white |
0.2 ml | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
1 dried | Star anise |
30 ml | Ricard Pastis |
30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
22.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
60 ml | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
