Ingredients
30 ml Egg white
3 drops Orange Bitters by Angostura
30 ml Star anise
30 ml Ricard Pastis
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
60 ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
