30 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
20 ml | Clear apple juice (not cloudy) |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
45 ml | Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco |
30 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
