Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Sugar-free sweetener syrup
3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange slice & cherry.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Review:

If opting to make this Tom Collins with an Old Tom gin (as it should be), beware which brand you choose as many Old Tom gins contain sugar.
