Ingredients:
1 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
23 oz Savoia Americano Rosso
12 oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
12 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
14 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
4 drop Difford's Margarita Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

I didn't have cocchi Americano so tried to replicate the flavor profile with sweet vermouth and a couple dashes of angostura. A tasty tipple!
