Ingredients: 45 ml Mezcal; 10 ml Orange Curaçao liqueur; 10 ml Chili liqueur; 10 ml Ginger liqueur; 10 ml Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed); 30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed); 15 ml Pasteurised egg white

Dust with an equal mix of powdered sugar, salt and cayenne pepper

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE without ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
