Garnish:
Dust with an equal mix of powdered sugar, salt and cayenne pepper
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE without ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico mezcal |
1/3 fl oz | Orange Curaçao liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Chili liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) |
1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Pasteurised egg white (or aquafaba) |

Adapted from a recipe created in 2018 by Melissa Yard at Joséphine Wine Bar, Charleston, South Carolina, USA. The original calls for homemade pineapple jalapeño syrup and omits chili liqueur.
