Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass
| 60 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 30 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
| 30 ml | Monin Orange Syrup |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder |
| 0.2 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1⁄8 cupful | Mint leaves |
