50 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
22.5 ml | Cockburn's White Heights Port |
22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
3.8 ml | Brancamenta |
1⁄8 cupful | Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe) |
1⁄8 cupful | Mint leaves |
5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
