Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Maker's Mark bourbon
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Re'al Peach Puree
0.9 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 leaf Sage leaves
50 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
