Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
750 ml Ponthier Morello Cherry Purée
350 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1 cupful Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white)
1 dried Cinnamon stick
1 whole Clove
14 dried Freshly grated nutmeg
