22.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
7.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
240 ml Mint leaves
120 ml Lemon (fresh)
30 ml Salt (sea salt)
30 ml Mint (fresh) sprigs
