Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Tuaca liqueur
12 oz Hazelnut liqueur
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

Although significantly twisted from the classic, this is still recognisably a Sidecar in style.

Adapted from a recipe by chef Kathy Casey Food Studios, Seattle, USA. Kathy's original recipe called for a sugar rim and tangerine juice.

Pretty good. Maybe could use a tiny bit of sugar syrup? I used Nocello as had no Frangelico- which are quite similar of course.
