Serve in a Cup

Ingredients:
3 unit Lemon peel
2 unit Orange peel
135 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
140 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 Splash Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
300 ml Pomegranate juice
1 cupful Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white)
500 ml Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
700 ml Brut champagne/sparkling wine
1 dried Freshly grated nutmeg
