Serve in a Cup
| 3 unit | Lemon peel |
| 2 unit | Orange peel |
| 135 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 140 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 Splash | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 300 ml | Pomegranate juice |
| 1 cupful | Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white) |
| 500 ml | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
| 700 ml | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
| 1 dried | Freshly grated nutmeg |
