2 unit | Orange peel |
135 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
140 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 Splash | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
300 ml | Pomegranate juice |
1 cupful | Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white) |
500 ml | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
700 ml | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
1 dried | Freshly grated nutmeg |
