Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
150 ml Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
6 fresh Mint leaves
