Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
22.5 ml Suze gentian liqueur
22.5 ml Cointreau triple sec liqueur
22.5 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1 twist Grapefruit peel/zest
