| 15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| Top up with | Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water |
| 1 twist | Grapefruit peel/zest |
| 2 unit | Cocktail onions |
