Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
60 ml High West Double Rye!
15 ml Giffard Crème de Violette liqueur
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Agave syrup
2 dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
1 swath Lemon peel
