25 ml | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
10 ml | Disaronno amaretto |
5 ml | Cynar artichoke amaro |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1 dash | Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters |
2 drop | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement |
