Ingredients:
2 oz BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
23 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
23 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
112 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Decent, very heavy on the pisco. Even with the little simple syrup it is not sweet. Still in search of a pisco cocktail that I fall in love with.

Enjoyed this cocktail. Did leave out the sugar syrup so it was a little more dry. Was a great after dinner cocktail. The two vermouths added enough sweetness for us.
