Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
30 ml Americano bianco
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Ginger shrub
5 ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
