Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hamilton 86 Demerara Rum
22.5 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 dash Bittercube Trinity Bitters
