Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
15 ml Sakura liqueur
45 ml Plymouth Gin
7.5 ml Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
15 ml Egg white
