Serve in a Snifter/Brandy balloon glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Lustau East India Solera Cream Sherry
7.5 ml Hampden Estate 8 Year Old Rum
15 ml Lustau Emilín Moscatel Sherry
15 ml Campari Bitter liqueur
15 ml Thai iced tea
30 ml Pineapple juice
7.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
