Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
30 ml Lustau Solera Gran Reserva Brandy de Jerez
10 ml Nep Moi Ricevodka
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
60 ml Tonic water
