30 ml | Beefeater 24 London dry gin |
20 ml | Chambord liqueur |
30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
15 ml | Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
