Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
30 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
22.5 ml | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
5 ml | Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe |
3 dash | Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters |
1 dash | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
7.5 ml | Yellow (Jaune) Chartreuse liqueur |
15 ml | Americano bianco |
