Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
4 unit Mint leaves
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
45 ml Grapefruit juice (ruby red)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
