How to make:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Double strain into glass.
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
| 2/3 fl oz | Italicus or other Rosolio di Bergamotto/bergamot liqueur |
| 2/3 fl oz | Giffard Coconut syrup |
| 2 barspoon | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
| 1 pinch | Salt (sea salt) |
| 1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
