Appearance:

Clear, light milky grey-white.

Aroma:

Pungent coconut flesh and coconut water.

Taste:

Dessicated coconut and coconut water. Subtly flavoured.

Aftertaste:

Long, clean desiccated coconut finish.

Overall:

Natural tasting coconut. One of the best coconut flavoured sugar syrups we've sampled.
