Serve in a

Martini glass

Garnish:

Redcurrants and sage

How to make:

Rim a glassware with salt. Put redcurrants and sage into a shaker and crush them with a pestle. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into the glass and garnish.

30 ml Patrón Silver blanco tequila
15 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 barspoon Redcurrants
4 leaf Sage leaves

Origin:

In this margarita, you freely add local flavor from your refrigerator, like herbs and spices. It was inspired by the fact that Patrón is the pride of their local area, Guadalajara. Redcurrants & sage in my recipe are local specialties of the Chiba area in Japan.
If we make a global online lesson, we will enjoy who uses what. This margarita represents my proud hometown.
