Serve in a

Flute glass

Garnish:

Orange zest and discard,Dehydrated lime slice, Baby Breath.

How to make:

Mix Haymans Old Tom Gin,Pimento, Passion fruit syrup and freshly squeeze lemon juice.Quick Shake and fine strain into flute glass and add small cube of ice and top up 30ml Sparkling water, slowly pour the Crème de Violette on top of the ice and finish with garnish.There you go, Something Blue.Enjoy!

1 1/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Giffard Passion Fruit (Fruit de la Passion) Syrup
2 dash The Bitter Truth Pimento Dram
1 fl oz Prosecco sparkling wine
1/4 fl oz The Bitter Truth Crème de Violette
