Collins glass

Garnish:

Cherry, freshly grated nutmeg

How to make:

Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry and freshly grated nutmeg and add a straw. Note: any solid aged rum will work like Appleton Select or the Barbados one mentioned in the ingredients.

1 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
1 fl oz Doorly’s 5 Year Old Fine Old Barbados Rum
1 fl oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
1 fl oz Pineapple juice
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
