How to make:

Add all ingredients to mixing glass, express orange oils into mixing glass, add peel, stir with ice for 15 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass with large ice cube, spritz orange oil and garnish with a flamed orange peel.

2/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 1/6 fl oz Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old Highland Single Malt Whisky
5/12 fl oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
