Old-fashioned glass

Garnish:

Flamed dehydrated orange wheel

How to make:

1. Rinse a chilled rocks glass with Islay whisky. (Pour a little whisky, swirl it around the inside)
2. In a mixing glass, add rye, Mandarine Napoléon, Amaro, and both bitters.
3. Fill with good ice and stir for 20 seconds.
4. Strain into the smoked glass over a large clear ice cube.

2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Lot 40 rye whisky
1/3 fl oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
1/6 fl oz Laphroaig 10 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
1 dash Orange bitters
1 dash Chocolate bitters
