How to make:

Ingredients:
30 ml Mandarine Napoléon
7.5 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
5 ml Del Maguey VIDA Mezcal
5 ml Olive brine
60 ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water

Method:
Build over ice directly in a chilled stemmed glass. Stir gently.

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/6 fl oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1/6 fl oz Olive brine (from jarred olives)
2 fl oz Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
1/4 fl oz Italicus liqueur
