Collins glass

Garnish:

RIM of Smoked paprika, citric acid and salt

How to make:

Rub a 2–3 cm section of the glass rim with a lemon wedge to moisten it, then sprinkle with a mix of salt, citric acid, and smoked paprika.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Add all the ingredients to the shaker except the sparkling water, and shake vigorously.

Double strain and pour into the glass.

Top up with sparkling water.

2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Blanco tequila
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Paragon Timur Berry Cordial
5/6 fl oz Grapefruit juice (ruby red)
1/2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
