How to make:

Ingredients:
1 oz Mandarine Napoléon

0.75 oz Reposado Tequila

0.5 oz Dry Vermouth

0.25 oz Saline Solution (4:1 water to sea salt)

2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters


Glassware: Nick & Nora

Garnish: Dehydrated citrus wheel or fresh lemon twist


Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir until chilled and properly diluted (about 25–30 seconds).

Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel or lemon twist.

Tasting Notes: A bittersweet, contemplative sip. Zesty mandarin dances with the earthy base of reposado tequila, while dry vermouth adds complexity. A saline touch and grapefruit bitters bring subtle savoriness and lift. Balanced, elegant, and quietly arresting.

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
3/4 fl oz Reposado tequila
1/2 fl oz Dry vermouth
1/4 fl oz Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
2 dash Grapefruit bitters
