How to make:
Add all ingredients except prosecco to iced wine glass. Stir thoroughly to combine then add more ice until glass is full. Top up with prosecco.

| 2/3 fl oz | Pineapple rum |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Coconut water |
| 3 1/3 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
| 1/3 fl oz | Rosso/rouge/sweet vermouth (di Torino) |
