Garnish:

Thai basil sprig, expressed mandarin or orange peel, grated nutmeg

How to make:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 4 small ice cubes. Shake and pour unstrained into a chilled double Old-Fashioned glass (16 ounces). Top with 8 to 10 ounces of crushed ice.

Garnish with a Thai basil sprig, expressed mandarin or orange peel, and a dusting of grated nutmeg.

3/4 fl oz St. George Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau de Vie
3/4 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Liqueur
1/4 fl oz Cinnamon syrup
1 dash Regans' Orange Bitters No.6
1 1/2 fl oz Tenjaku Gin
