
Orange peel
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir ~30 seconds. Strain into a chilled Coupe. For the garnish, use a vegetable peeler to cut a short wide peel, express the peel over your cocktail and gently drop it in.

1/4 fl oz | Sage syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) |
1/2 fl oz | Pedro Ximénez sherry |
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 1/2 fl oz | Maker's Mark bourbon |
