Waterloo Sour

Coupe glass

Garnish:

Add a few shakes of grated cinnamon onto foam. For additional effect, create pattern with a toothpick.

How to make:

DRY SHAKE all ingredients. Add ice and SHAKE again. Fine strain into chilled Coupe glass (alternatively Old-fashioned glass)

5/6 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
2 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 fresh Egg white
1 gram Grated cinnamon
