Adriatic Zest Spritz

Garnish:

Lemon peel, rosemary sprig and citrus coral assembled as a structured garnish.

How to make:

Build in a chilled wine glass over ice. Add all ingredients except prosecco and soda, stir gently. Top with prosecco and soda and lightly stir to combine.

1 1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 fl oz Prosecco sparkling wine
1/3 fl oz Agave syrup (agave nectar)
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
1/6 fl oz Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt)
